Purchase Policy
The Glide product line is positioned with (3) core models including basic equipment and features by model. But ultimately we are custom building "per order" with customer choices on color and optional components. Therefore, we do have some policies relative to deposits and delivery of customer orders. They are as follows:
Every order is custom since we build each Glide to the customer's specifications. At the time of customer order we require a 50% deposit to begin production. Should the customer have a change of heart before taking delivery, we will refund 75% of the deposit amount and the balance will be retained by Glide. In addition, as part of the purchase agreement, the customer is also required to sign a liability release form at the time of delivery:

Warranty Policies
Glide Cruisers, USA is a domestic manufacturer of Electric Cruisers and as such assembles its products at facilities in the company's California operations. The frames are manufactured in California and carry a (1) year warranty to be free from defective materials and/or workmanship. The components featured on Glide products are supplied by quality name brand manufactures found commonly in the bicycle industry. Warranties for these items are generally always (1) year from time of purchase. The motor and batteries are an exception to this standard and are covered by a separate warranty period. The motors carry a (90) day warranty and the batteries carey a (30) day period. For a complete list of warranties please click here:
